Issue Unable to install php 7.4

Hello,

I saw in the release note of plesk that php 7.4 is available starting as of "Plesk Obsidian 18.0.21 Update 4",
i've currently Plesk Obsidian v18.0.21_build1800191115.23 on a Centos 7 (7.8.2003)
i tried to update plesk via the cli but i've this error:

ERROR: Selector '18.0.23' does not match any product ID, release ID, release tier, or release version. Use either 'list' or 'list-all' command to list known entities.

with plesk installer list-all

Do you have any idea how to install the new version?

i followed this tutorial Plesk updates are not available when custom update source is used to remove the OVH mirror
after the installer correctly displayed 18.0.26 new version.
