Unable to log-in to server via th net.

Iam able to log-in plesk psa via the short cut on ymy desk top. But if I try form home, Iget the cert question, then the sign on page should show up. Put I get page can not be displayed. and at the address bar I have https://208.57.229.177:8443/deleted
Any ideas, or has anyone seen this before on plesk 7..5.5 ?
I did check my firewall, and that port is open (8443)

Default certificate for Plesk CP is self generated. So it does not contain CA root authority chaining which is included in most browsers.
Just click add at dialog Windows to trusted CA authorities.
