Issue Unable to log into Plesk

Hi,

Wondering if I can grab some help, When trying to log into plesk panel on a server, I can enter in the username and password when get this also saying the same in the /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log

ERROR: syntax error, unexpected '^', expecting '(' (ServerSettings.php:185)

I have re-run the daily patches and repaired the plesk db but still no luck.
