• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
Hi all,

I updated my onyx 17.5 to 17.8. I have seen there was some new icon which I thought it ll be handy to update the recommended features. (displaying with scores)

I updated 3 things

1. Enabling https for plesk
2. auto kernel update
3. firewall

"all with just button click" in the plesk control panel. I thought It will not effect the login since its already recommended by plesk. but after that, I am unable to login.

In browser shows......

www.mydomainname.com refused to connect.

Try:
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Can anyone help in this issue. I was using the port 8443. how can i check whether it is blocked or not.

Note: webserver, database and websites are running without any problem. Emails too. able to access via putty and also FTP is fine.

thanks in advance!

Can anyone Share the screen shots of Advisor -> Security Tab from Onyx 17.8
