Issue Unable to login into Plesk Panel

Hello everyone,

first of all I'm not an expert when it comes to PLESK, so I apologize if my problem is anyhow silly but... Today I tried to login into my Wordpress based website but couldn't due to "Database Error". I've researched what I could to fix it and that led me to my Plesk Panel - which I can not access due to the following error:

Additionally, an exception has occurred while trying to report this error: Zend_Exception

Then again I started to search for answer to that error and I found this article: Plesk is not accessible: ERROR: Zend_Db_Adapter_Exception: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused

So I downloaded Putty and tried to login through SSH - I entered IP address, a console opened, I entered login name and then it asks for password but I can not enter anything. I can press letters but they just don't show up. I tried a few times and still the same :/

I'll be grateful for any kind of help.

You need to use root account for ssh login to Plesk server. If you have password of root account - just type it in the corresponding prompt. Password letters will not be shown due to security reasons.
