Unable to login with Account User for Parallel Plesk 11 for Windows

File Manager

Ok, it works in Filezilla, but not in Parallel Plesk 11 > Websites and Domains > File Manager. I changed the FTP Access account password and it didn't work. Is there a file a can replace like I did with ai.exe? Let me know, thank you.
 
Do you have any error message during downloading file?
Could you attach "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\logs\php_error" and "C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\admin\logs\panel" files?
