  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Unable to open Backup Manager under Tools & Settings

Basic Pleskian
We migrated VPS from one virtual machine to another virtual machine.
We took backup using plesk backup manager and restored same same using backup manager

Then to check backup schedule we tried to open Backup Manager under Tools & Settings but it is giving error "Warning: Permission denied."

What permissions we need to check?Screenshot_backupmanmger failed.png

What could be issue under Tools & Settings we are able to open all options except "Backup Manager"
 
When I click on link it shows below error

There are no files starting with backup at /usr/local/psa/PMM/logs/backup-<datetime>

What else log i need to check

in repair what aspect we should use in command "plesk repair"

I am using Plesk v12.5.30_build1205150826.19 os_CentOS 6
 
No i have not tries. It will not take my request as I have purchased plesk license for VPS from Plesk Partner
that is why i posted this issue in forum
Can you help to resolve this issue
