unable to open plesk in a browser after install

I have just installed fedora core 5 i386 on to my server with plesk 8.1.1 and after the install it says prceed to a browser and type in the following

When the installation is finished, Plesk will start automatically. Now, to complete the initial configuration, log in to the Plesk control panel running on your host at https://machine.domain.name:8443/ or https://IP-address:8443/.

I get the following error unable to show page, could someone help me PLEASE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have solved the issue in my iptables i did not have port 8443 enabled (accept)
