    MySQL Connector/ODBC 3.51, 5.1, and 5.3 are no longer shipped with Plesk because they have reached end of life. MariaDB Connector/ODBC 64-bit 3.2.4 is now used instead.

Things that I have tried:
Rebooting server
Plesk repair fs -system (which is where we had some errors) but it failed to repair see below for command results
Plesk login command but I get the following message on the web: The file /opt/psa/admin/htdocs/application.php is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment.
Submitting a ticket to Plesk support, but the license was detected has coming from another seller (in this case it's hetzner).
Tried contacting hetzner but they wouldn't help us, they said to contact Plesk.......
Tried paying for the Plesk support, which supposedly gives us support independently of where the license was bought, but for this specific license it didn't work.

I didn't proceed with it cause it wanted to remove a bunch of Plesk packages that I thought could be important

I get an Apollo error code 400 as I try to login to Plesk on the web.
