Unable to process imperson Event ID : 1

I'm running Plesk Panel 11.0.9 under Windows 2008 R2

I'm getting a error on Event Viewer / Microsoft / Plesk

'C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\billing\\bin\run-all.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Can you help me?

It seems to me that problem related to incorrect system paths. Try to check it with something like:

>echo %PATH%
