Resolved Unable to reset passsword

Hi,
I have lost my password and I don't get any email when trying to reset it with my email address at: [redacted, was a link to a login page of a Plesk server]
I can't use my user name as I left it as "admin".

What is the solution please?

Hi

The password for Plesk administrators cannot be reset using the "Forgot your password?" option for security reasons.

If you still have access to the server via SSH, have a look at this article:

Thanks for your reply, but if I don't have SSH access?
Can't an admin simply provide a reset link?

Most hosting providers offer a remote hands (KVM) service, which allows you to access the server through a KVM console. That way, you can log in as root as if you were sitting in front of your server and reset the Plesk admin password, as explained in the above article.
Otherwise, I don't see how you can reset the Plesk admin password without access to the server.
