Issue Unable to schedule domain's backups in Plesk: Certificate has expired

SalvadorS

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

I have an issue in a Debian 8 server with Plesk Obsidian when I try to shedule a backup:

500 PleskException
Message SSL certificate problem: certificate has expired
File Catalog.php

I found this entry in plesk db:

But the problem is that when I executhe the command

dpkg -l | grep libssl

In my server:

root@xxx:/# dpkg -l | grep libssl

ii libssl1.0.0:amd64 1.0.1t-1+deb8u12 amd64 Secure Sockets Layer toolkit - shared libraries

So I only have one libssl. (in the plesk database there are 3 differents)

So I can remove it or not?

You have outdated libssl package.
Try to install all available updates on your server with

# apt update
# apt upgrade

Same problem here.

APT UPGRADE has installed some packages but nothing about libssl

Exactly like the other user i've only libssl1.0.0 installed so i'm not sure that removing that is a good idea...
