Unable to send email to Hotmail. No bounceback (FRUSTRATING)

Hello,

I am not able to send email to hotmail anymore through my domain. No bounce back, the maillog shows completed but not received at hotmail.

Please help if anyone know about it.

we had same problem on a new install

turns out ATT DNS went down. its all working now

I am having the same problem and it has been happening since I moved to this Plesk server. I have checked all my DNS, SPF, you name it, I think it must have to do with Plesk or qmail?? The previous server (cPanel) wasn't even configured properly for DNS (lots of errors in www.dnsstuff.com) and it send to hotmail just fine.
 
Your IP might be blocked in Microsofts anti-spam system.

Try:

http://postmaster.msn.com/Default.aspx

They want you to check your email server, DNS and loads of stuff before contacting them, but there is a support form somewhere on the page where you can ask them to check if your IP is indeed blocked.
