Issue Unable to send mails

Hi,

Plesk Onyx is installed on my clients's Windows VPS and he is able to send mails on gmail and some private domains as well as able to receive them also. But unable to send mails on yahoo, rediff, outlook and some private domains. Instead, an error mail of mail delivery failed gets in his inbox. Below is one of the error message received when mail is send from outlook :

MailEnable: Message could not be delivered to some recipients.
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

Recipient: [SMTP:[email protected]]
Reason: 550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [185.136.159.137] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to Troubleshooting. [BN8NAM04FT056.eop-NAM04.prod.protection.outlook.com]


Please let me know why this issue arises.

Hi

Fix & Setting Up Outlook SMTP configuration in Email. After it’s finished, try to once again and see if it works.
