Resolved Unable to set max upload size

Hello everyone, im trying to increase my max file upload size according to my forums it is "0.49MB", I changed the php configs and even tried restarting php-fpm and apache/nginx.

Here is my config:

I have also tried checking the global configuration and it is set to INT_MAX (2147483648).

Please help as users cannot upload any files more than 500 kib

Maybe it is limited by forum admin in forum settings?
I am so stupid... I recently reinstalled my machine and switched to plesk and for some reason it didnt save those values even though I imported it from the database. THANK YOU FOR FIXING MY 3 AM BRAIN.
