Error: Unable to set password:
The password is incorrect, use from 4 up to 14 characters. The password should not contain mail account as its part.
Only Latin characters, no dictionary words (optional).

i donot want Password Validator i want turn it off
how can i do that
 
If you need disable password - it means that there should be 0 characters but "use from 4 up to 14 characters". Therefore it is impossible.
