Unable to suspend/activate a domain. Plesk well and truely borked!

So it started with a server hang, rebooted and various problems arise.

Firstly, I needed to activate a suspended domain which throws this error.

PHP Fatal error:  Call to a member function deleteAdditionalConfigFiles() on a non-object in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-common/Httpdmng.php on line 148

So ran

/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.5.30-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

With the output:

Bootstrapper repair finished.
If problems persist, please check installer logs ('/tmp/plesk_11.5.30_repair.log' and '/tmp/plesk_11.5.30_repair_problems.log') for errors.
If you can't resolve the issue on your own, please address Parallels support.

Logging into plesk alarm bells start ringing, menus have disapeared. So go to the updater and it tells me plesk isn't even installed. Yikes.

Hi,

before proceeding with anything, make a backup of the current state.

It's happened to me a couple of times when Plesk/psa is uninstalled.
As long as the psa Database is still there, there is nothing to worry about.

They way I have fixed this issue in the past is by running the autoinstaller again, trying to install everything that used to be installed.
If I then still had issues I ran the bootstrapper.

Whatever MU happened last night resolved the issue. All I had to do was /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all this morning and all fixed.
