Unable to take backup plesk 7.6

Hi

I am unable to take backup completely due to backup getting struck at user MS SQL dtabase. It stops there and gives me error like "Unable to create dump file for MS SQL database <Account name>: Cannot open database requested in login "Account name"Login fails". When i press "OK" button comes out from backup activity.

Please give me suggestions and help me to resolve the issue. I am using plesk 7.6
for windows.

Hi All

Finally Issue was resolved. Problem was with that perticular database. Due to this I was not able to suspend the account /not able to delete the database or user.
Solution : I was created a new blank database with out any user id and password. I login to windows2003 server, i was copied both database files .ldf and .mdf in to different folder and renamed to corrupt database names. Overwrite the files to the corrupt database. After that i able to login to database and i am able to delete the database and user also.
