• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

We used Plesk Reconfigurator (Repair and permissions) but its does work

Thanks

Check if there is .skel file in vhosts directory. Maybe you moved it somewhere?

Possible Fix

I know the op has probably already solved his issue but I encountered this error message as well and when I google'ed it I found this post but no solutions. I wanted to explain how I fixed it so if someone else in the future encounters this error they can fix it.
This solution was for Windows Plesk 8.6
Basically my client had some how deleted the files under the C:\Inetpub\vhosts\.skel folder and as soon as that happened I was no longer able to setup any domains through Plesk. I kept getting this error.
All I had to do was create a new folder called "0" that is the number 0 and it resolved my issue. No more errors. I would not anticipate may people would have those files and folders deleted on them but just in case this fixed my issue.

Make sure that you have 'vhosts\.skel\0' folder there.
