Hello,

Plesk is unable to update de Key, when I try to retrieve the key it gives me this error:

Unable to update Plesk Key. An error occured while processing your key. You can try to update it later. The key cannot be upgraded due to the network failure during connection with the Key Authority server. Please check that your internet connection is configured, you can resolve and access ka.swsoft.com and your firewall enables outgoing connections to TCP port 5224.

If I try to telnet ka.swsoft.com 5224 from my server it connect without problems (the screen change to black and wait to enter comands) and the tracert get over there too:

C:\>tracert ka.swsoft.com

I have the issue, contacted sales, they said my key looks fine on there site. but i still get the message when i try to updated. also says my key is going to expire on auguest 25th.

Sales was no help. so if you get an answer please let me know.
