• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello I've tried to upgrade from plesk 9.3 to 9.5.4 but i get this following error :

Trying to check psa database... Trying to find psa database... version is 0951
DATABASE ERROR!!!
Previous product version is 9.3.0, but previous database
version is 0951. In most of cases it is result of
previous upgrade try failure. Please, restore previous version
from backup, and try again or contact technical support.

ERROR while trying to check database version
Check the error reason(see log file: /tmp/psa_9.5.4_cos5.build95101209.05_upgrade.120604.23.18.log), fix and try again

Aborting...

The fact is that i had previously tried to upgrade in 9.5.1 but it failed also and from now i don't manage to upgrade my product .
I'm a beginner in Plesk and i really don't know how to do ...

Thanks in advance

In common words you should restore dump of psa database from 9.3.0 version from /var/lib/psa/dumps and try upgrade again. If you can't do it by yourself - contact Support Team.
