• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Im unable to install anything from the application vault, whenever i attempt to install something it asks for a username/password for the database however it appears as though it installs then it returns saying that
You can use lowercase alphanumeric, dash and underscore symbols in the login name.
when i blatently used the generated name that plesk created, When i attempt to install them again it spills out a massive error saying that the database user is allready in use.

anyone experiencing the same problems?

this was a clean Plesk 8.1 install however some database connection problems where logged within the app vault update

Sorry, ive fixed this error, while updating mysql4 to mysql5 i forgot to give admin user full rights to create user privs. this fixed the problem and the application vault is working great :D
