Unable to view web stats

When I try to view my sites web stats the following message is displayed - "This is the placeholder for Web statistics. If you see this page that means that statistics service has not run yet on your server. Statistics service is typically set to run once every 24 hours. If you do not see a change to this page in the next 24 hours contact your server administrator for assistance. "

Could some one please tell me how to enable this service. Many thanks.

In the Plesk control panel, do you have webstatistics enabled?

<DOMAINS><DOMAINNAME.COM><SETUP><WEBSTATISTICS>

Then check <SERVER><CRON TAB TASKS>. Should be a job there for "/usr/local/psa/admin/statistics"

jwdick. Thanks for the reply but when following your instructions I realised that I posted in the wrong forum. The platform that my site is hosted on is Windows. Sorry for the inconvenience.
