• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Unconfigured vhosts loading default vhost

New Pleskian
Hi, I'm sorry if this has already been asked before but I haven't had too much success finding an answer with Google. I have a problem with my Plesk setup where if I point a domain name's DNS at my server without creating the domain in Plesk, it just loads the default vhost. The default vhost is an active website (e.g. domain-a.com). So if I go to domain-b.com, it just loads domain-a.com if domain-b.com isn't configured. Is there a way I can change this to a landing page of some kind?

Thanks,

Simon

Server settings -> IP addresses -> IP settings (here you set the default website for this IP address). This is how you can set a different default domain for every IP address on your plesk server..
