Hi,
Same problem here after upgrade from Plesk 12.5 to Plesk Onyx. Any solution! I'm getting crazy.

Thank you!

Maybe the problem is generated because at Onyx not exist plesk-billing, I remember a alert message when I try migrate from 12.5
Try looking at linux cron, from linux terminal with root user run # crontab -e and looking for line starting with

0,10,20,30,40,50 * * * * (each 10 minutes at these example, but maybe your line es 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30......)
And maybe the command running have a old command

Other solution is create these user psaadm or alias with these name at your user.

Hello,
Got the exact same issue since I've updated Plesk to Onxy, I have the same crontab list but I can't find any line with a "plesk billing" reference.
I have added a mailbox user named psaadm but I still get these annoying email every 5 min.
Can you tell me how you solved your issue please ?
Thanks and regards,
Jérémie

Strange... I've applied all the availables updates, and restarted the server... still receiving the email every 5 minutes.

i have a similar error after upgrading to Onyx but i do not receive any emails: Postfix: 'Status: 5.1.1b Diagnostic-Code: X-Postfix; User unknown in virtual alias table'

Hi HATIRA POLAT ARKALI,

No, this is not a problem, but pls. keep in mind, that you don't need that anymore on your server, so it makes no sense to leave "sw-sso" installed. If you un-installed "sw-sso", without stopping the service ( which is controlled over the "sw-cp-server" ), it won't harm your system, even that it's just a bad procedure, not to stop a service, before uninstalling it. ;)
