What you added si a IP range/network mask. Why?
A PTR has to be set for IPv4 of server hostname.

I have no knowledge about your admin panel at your domain hoster. Please ask support of your domain hoster!

It won't take 3 days. That ought to be through within a few hours for most places. It can in some rare cases take up to 48 hours, but normally after a few hours most providers have already updated their routers.

Spamhaus: Your Plesk configuration for the HELO is correct. Just do not use the second option.

When I check with mail-tester I see these following errors and I have failed to understand the issue why SPAMHAUS continues to blacklist the domain

The issue was resolved, and Spamhouse advised me to use my subdomain instead of a hostname in the SPF record.
