Unexpected end of data when read C-string...

My Plesk hosting server shows this error at the login page everyday. Every time I need to restart the Plesk control panel service then it happens again after some hours:

get_config_string failed: PRODUCT_DATA_D: Unexpected end of data when read C-string from serializer.

Plesk version: psa v8.6.0_build20080722.15 os_Windows 2003/2008
OS: Microsoft Windows 5.2;build-3790;sp2.0;suite272;product3

Any suggestion?

Hello,

Please check version of the modules %plesk_bin%plesksrv.exe and %plesk_dir%admin\modules\php_plesk_util.dll. Also please check the Event Viewer for any related error messages.
