Uninstall Plesk

i have installed Plesk 8.1.1 over SSH. So now i will unistall it but what i have to write in shell to uninstall it ?

Depends on your OS. But I'd just reinstall the box and start with a clean system if I had a system that I wouldn't want to run Plesk on anymore.
