Unknow data and invalid address

Hi

we've Plesk 8.0.1 under FC3 and we're facing problems in the e-mail message headers...

for some reason, the sent date and the issuer address doesn't appear in the message header and so the MUA doesn't know who sent the message neither te date.

Horde, read the message but the date is "Unknown date" and the issuer is "Invalid Address"... We tried to use IMAP instead of POP3 and problem persists using horde or outlook.

Does anyone know how to handle this?
Is this something to do with qmail and maildir?

we tried to disable the AV and anti-spam and the problem persists... so it appears to be something with the maildir! :|

here you have a message header with problem:

Return-Path: <[email protected]>
Delivered-To: [email protected]
Received: (qmail 5235 invoked from network); 19 Oct 2006 12:26:05 +0100
Received: from unknown (HELO xxx.xx) (xx.yy.aa.zz)
by aa.dd.ff.gg with SMTP; 19 Oct 2006 12:25:40 +0100
subject: teste

"solved"

hi

the situation is "solved"... the "problem" here is when we try to send an email message through command line to mail server ("telnet localhost mail" or "telnet some.plesk.server 25") the message arrives with no digest headers like From: Message ID: and Date:...

If it's delivered by other MTA it works... just pointing the domain MX records to the server and it appears with no problem...

This has to do with qmail but I don't understand it so much...

I chalenge you to try this out to see if this situation happens to you too.

Thanks anyway!
