Unreadable/transformed template when published

Hi everyone - when I previsualize the website it looks fine. Then when I publish it it says "your website has been successfully published" but the effective layout results "live" is awfull (transformed template, part of the menu bar is not colored...). I changed several times with other templates each time it is fine at previsualization but transformed at publishing. Can anyone help? Thanks from Belgium.
