Update already installed applications to the latest version using Application Vault

Basic Pleskian
For example:
I have installed Drupal on several domains using Application Vault.
After a while I check and update the applications from Application Vault. A new Drupal version appeared.
How do I update the already installed Drupal applications to the latest version using Application Vault?
