Question Update DNS Zone template - only SOA records on all domains

Hello,
I have modified DNS Zone Template - changed SOA settings.
Now I would like to update this settings to all domains.
When I "Applied DNS Template Changes" first option "Apply the changes to unaltered zones" no SOA records were changed on any domain.

If I choose a second option "Apply the changes to all zones" will SOA records be updated on all domains?

And what is a difference between two options if it says that user-modified records will not be updated?
