Resolved Update Error

Hi Plesk World,

since one Month i have a Problem with the Update Manager of Plesk. I upgraded to Onyx and the error is still present.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
I want to Update Plesk with the "Plesk Installer" on the Web Panel. Here is a Snippet of the Error Log:

Hi daniiii_e,

pls. consider to use over the ssh - command line ( logged in as user "root" ):

plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

or/and

plesk installer --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components


In addition, it might be a good idea to increase the log - level for your Plesk Control Panel - log, to get a more verbose output in your panel - logs:
