Issue Update failed

Hi, I need to update an old version of Plesk (12.0.18 Update #69 ) but when I try using the "install now" command on the main screen I see an ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE on that page:

https://hostname.com:8447/?secret=cgzzff*********swjn&locale=en-US

Before that page I see plesk contacting https://hostname.com:8443/admin/update/product

How to solve this issue? Maybe is a firewall issue?

Try to run update in CLI with

# /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller

and follow menu.
