Update from 10.2 to 10.3.1 buged plesk panel

Hello,

I have updated form plesk panel 10.2 to 10.3.1 but can't acces plesk panel anymore!

Plesk panel loading very slow (couple off minutes) and lot of errors in log.

Users can't login anymore on plesk panel it will take a long time to see or load the plesk panel

Seems there is custom PHP or Zend. Very difficult to say what is wrong there without investigation directly on server. Try to check output on 'php -v' command for both php's (admin's and user's) at least. Output should not contain any errors.

I have got the same error messages about 70 mb within last 24 hours. Our server uses no custom php or zend version. All packages are from the regular debian 5 and parallels sources:

In addition our server had been busy all night long beacuse of more than 973 sw-engine-cgi processes and produced a lot of error messages as described above.
On a second server i got these errors:

i found my problem i have attack in the port of plesk, check that.

The server is permanently running out of memory because of the plesk interface process.
Why don't we get any support about this problem? We are willing to provide any required informations to parallels for finding a solution, but we are not willing to be ignored.

plesk server hangs.. second time in 24hrs!.. this is a bug!
