Update PHP 5.0.4 to 5.2.6

Hello, very new with operating servers. Can someone give me very detailed info on ugrading to the newest PHP and MySql. Thank you in advance.

depends on your ditribution but on Redhat or CentOS

you could add the repo from atomicorp

wget -q -O - http://www.atomicorp.com/installers/atomic |sh

and then just update your php
