Resolved Update php packages for CVE-2016-3714

Hello,

There is a problem with ImageMagick that is in the PHP packages now. CVE-2016-3714.
There are new version for this, but the are not in the PHP packages for plesk.

Can someone tell me, when this is being implemented??
