update problem - psa-hotfix4

I try to install psa-hotfix4, it says it is already installed, allthough it doesn't appear in my rpm database. I get the following in an up2date: any ideas? rhel-3 ent.

the package psa-hotfix4 exists in the distribution, try to upload the whole distribution from ftp://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Plesk8.3, unpack it and install psa-hotfix4 manually.
