Update problem

Hello all,
i have a problem with update. I try to reboot the system but the error still return.

System Overview

• OS: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2
• Plesk version: 12.0.18 Update #65 , last updated at Sept 17, 2015 02:30 AM

The error is:

From two days i receive the email log with this message:

It is mentioned, that a lot of issues/problems/questions are already answered and in your case, your error message states:

Did you try to kill the running process and did you then try to restart autoinstaller?
