Update server down again?

Should I assume the update server is down again because it cannot handle the load of people trying to patch the software after another security bulletin?

FileFetcher new object: target_dir=/root/parallels/, main_source_url=https://autoinstall.plesk.com/
FileFetcher: get file (~empty)/products.inf3
File downloading products.inf3: Error: The requested URL returned error: 504, retry...

It just returns that error repeatedly.
