• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved Update to 17.8 shown, but can't update.

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

Updates & Upgrades shows me that an update to Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 is available.

When i follow the steps i get shown a dialogue that allows me to choose Plesk Onyx 17.8.11.
After klicking continue, it tells me it is downloading a new plesk installer.
After that i get shown the components select dialogue where everything has green hooks.

When i click on continue i get an error message: "You already have the latest version of product(s) and all the selected components installed. Installation will not continue."

Anybody experienced that, too? How do i install the offered update?

Here is the /tmp/autoinstaller3.log from klicking Updates&Upgrades to klicking "Cancel" after the error message. I think somewhere in the process it decides 17.5.3 was the best version for me and switches me to the component selection.
