I've tried to run mchk --with-spam

It does something, but it doesn't fix anything.

delivery 6: failure: Sorry,_no_mailbox_here_by_that_name._(#5.1.1)/

Re-creating the user does not fix it. I need help! I can't be without mail services like this.
