Update to Plesk 9.0 fails

Ive now contacted my support team who will contact Parallel on my behalf. I guess if this problem is not affecting anyone else now it could be that my license really does not allow me to upgrade from 8.6 to 9.0 because it doesnt cover major upgrades, however im pretty sure I've gone from 7 to 8 previously - dont think I paid for that upgrade. Will post again when fixed if it will be helpful to anyone else looking at this thread....

one more desperate after making the foolish mistake of pressing the button upgrade on control panel

I'm now stuck with an web administration without access to anything from plesk (only virtuozzo link works)

I'm quite desperate at the moment because i've not being able to contact the company that supports my server and can't do much my self

I do have ssh access to the server (as root) but i don'w know much of linux commands.

I've tried to run the autoinstall but it simply doesn't run (i must be doing something wrong)
Any suggestions ?

Please type the command you are using exactly as you use it from ssh, so I can check this for you, did you put ./ in front of this to execute it???

My problem is down to my licence being too old. It will cost $150 to upgrade my license. I'm sticking with 8.6 for now.

i've managed to run it. the real file is on /sbin and on /bin is just an alias.

There is a bunch of packages that it cannot install and the installation fails

This is not work for me. I'll keep trying to contact my supplier.
Anyway is there an option to reinstall 8.6 ?

Plesk 9.0 fails

I am still having problems with depeandances. Hord seems to only want to work with PHP4 and thus tries to install it during the install. but it wont intall as i am runniing PHP5. I am a little stumped as is my service provider.
