Ive now contacted my support team who will contact Parallel on my behalf. I guess if this problem is not affecting anyone else now it could be that my license really does not allow me to upgrade from 8.6 to 9.0 because it doesnt cover major upgrades, however im pretty sure I've gone from 7 to 8 previously - dont think I paid for that upgrade. Will post again when fixed if it will be helpful to anyone else looking at this thread....
