Updates of Applikations-Vault

I just a bit wondering why some of the application are not up-to-date in the Applikations-Vault even we check for updates and we got the message that all apps are up-to-date.

For example in the Applikations-Vault ist Piwik 1.1.1 but Piwik in 1.8.3 ist already out.

Can I do something by my self to get an updated in Applikations-Vault?

We use Plesk 11.0.9 Update #13

Any information .... is still the same status for many applications

It's the same with phpBB (3.0.10 vs 3.0.11) and always no updates available when I check for updates.
