Resolved Updates & Upgrades not working

Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS‬

Tools & Settings > Updates & Upgrades > Opening new tab on port:8447 and it is not reachable.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Not sure how to reproduce it cause it just happened :-/ Didnt do anything

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tried to do this here:

p.s. just made a sudo apt-get update and this is what I get:

OK, kill me now. My company restricted the port 8447... tried from a PC from home ands its working good... ffs, sry and please close this thread.
