Updating Blacklist via SSH

I have over 5000 domains that we want to enter into our email blacklist.

All of which are from other countries br, nl, cn ... etc

Currently we have to enter each and every domain.com individually and it seems like a daily thing.

Can we edit a file using SSH and enter the whole lot at once?
 
Look at /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mailmng utility, --add-blacklist option.
