Updating The Application Vault

I was just wondering when they are going to update the application vault, because alot of the software packages are out of date.

Also when are they going to release documentation on when we will be able to add our own applications.

Is there any company out there that makes an application vault that can be purchased similar to Fantastico and 4PSA.
