Upgrade 10.2.0 -> 10.4.4: ERROR while trying to configure PSA service

Hi,

i tried an upgrade from 10.2.0 to 10.4.4.
The installation process ends with an error:

Trying to reconfigure Tomcat services...
ERROR while trying to configure PSA service
Check the error reason(see log file: /tmp/plesk_10.4.4_installation.log), fix and try again

***** problem report *****

The plesk_10.4.4_installation.log file contains the same information.

What does /tmp/plesk_10.4.4_installation.log say?

Maybe will it be better to upgrade by each version number.
Try always to create a backup of your server in this case.

Yes, great. Unfortunately, the backup function doesn't work anymore:
