• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

upgrade failure - db issues

shall

Regular Pleskian
I upgraded from 10.12 to 11.5 tonight, and it hasn't gone well. My login doesn't work, the psa database appears corrupted, and re-importing it from the last dump only made things worse. I'm now getting this error:
Code:
MySQL query failed: Unknown column 'parentDomainId' in 'where clause'

I suspect the data structure is invalid and needs to be pushed through the upgrade process, but I can't find anything that works. I've tried mysqlcheck, myisamchk, reinstalling, and a bootstrapper repair.
Code:
/usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp11.5.30-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

What should I do next?

I suggest you contact Support Team. Experienced supporters will fix this database inconsistency directly on your server.
